SMS Hours Terms and Conditions

The service

SMS Hours is a private, internal SMS time-tracking program for the owner of Very Harry LLC. It provides daily check-ins, time-entry confirmations and corrections, and weekly summaries, including optional estimated billable amounts. It does not send marketing messages and is not open for public enrollment.

Consent and participation

The owner enrolls by explicitly requesting the service and providing their own mobile number during setup. Messaging is limited to that designated number. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Frequency and charges

Expected frequency is one daily reminder and one weekly summary, plus responses to commands. Message frequency varies with use and settings. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Stopping and restarting messages

Reply STOP to stop messages. A final opt-out confirmation may be sent. Reply START to resume the program. Stopping messages does not automatically delete previously recorded time entries.

Availability and accuracy

Delivery depends on mobile carriers and service availability and may be delayed or fail. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Review recorded hours and estimated amounts before using them for invoicing or other business purposes. This service is not an emergency messaging service.

Updates

Very Harry LLC may update or discontinue the program. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
