SMS Hours Privacy Policy

SMS Hours is a private, internal time-tracking service for the owner of Very Harry LLC. This policy covers the SMS Hours program.
Information we process
We process the designated mobile number, SMS content and delivery information, project names and aliases, dates and hours worked, configured hourly rates, conversation state, and consent and opt-out records.
How we use information
We use this information to record and correct time entries, send reminders and summaries, respond to commands, honor messaging preferences, and maintain the service.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell mobile numbers or personal information. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is processed by providers that operate the service, including Twilio and telecommunications carriers for messaging and our hosting and database providers for application operation and storage, only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information where required by law.
Message frequency and choices
Expected frequency is one daily reminder, one weekly summary, and responses to your commands. Message frequency varies with use and settings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages or START to resume. Reply HELP for command guidance, or contact hello@veryharry.com for assistance.
Retention and security
Records are retained as needed for time tracking, business records, troubleshooting, and honoring consent preferences. Contact hello@veryharry.com to request access, correction, or deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal or operational purposes. Access to application records is restricted. SMS is not end-to-end encrypted, so do not send passwords or other sensitive information.
